Property price data displayed on MortgageLens is sourced from the HM Land Registry UK House Price Index, published by GOV.UK under the Open Government Licence v3.0. This data is updated monthly and typically lags by 2-3 months.
Interest rate information is sourced from the Bank of England and publicly available lender data. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
3. Calculator Accuracy
